I have been using feminapause now for 3 years .. I was starting to feel anxious due to menopause effects . I looked into a natural remedy ..these are a game changer . I started with the original product , then decided to try the extra strength ones . My hot sweats have disappeared , have more of a step in my shoes again . Not really noticed much difference after first supply of capsules, still having bad night sweats, will try one more month, find them really expensive as well

I started taking this last year, it helps with flushes and I think (non visible symptoms) sadly the cost is just too expensive and I sadly need to look for a cheaper natural alternative.
Within days of my wife taking them I feel loads better :D . In all seriousness the hot flashes are reduce significantly, especially through the night, helping with a better nights sleep and being able to cope with the next day much better. If we could give 10 stars we would. Excellent product :)

I’ve been on FeminaPause for at least 6 months and they’ve really helped…..stabilise me. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what it helped, but before I went on it I was always very tired, crabby, a bit anxious and….like a tightly wound up spring, ready to ping out of shape at the easiest provocation.
Now I look back 6 months down the line and I forget the intensity of those emotions. I think I’d be lying if they’ve completely disappeared, but they’re back under control now. I didn’t want to go down the HRT route as I wanted a more natural approach, so I’m very happy with the pills and will continue on and heartily recommended them. (I’m still at peri-menopausal stage).
Nothing has changed as of yet still having ridiculous hot sweats night and day keeping my fingers crossed with a bit more time I will have success !!

Recently had 2 weeks off, as I didn't want to take the pills away on holiday with me.
Didn't notice on holiday, but I could tell after the 2 weeks that things were slowly starting to return. Fuzzy head, moods and anxiety. Started taking again and they have now gone.
I am much more relaxed and beginning to sleep better, I want to give it a few months to get an overall picture.
